Thanks, that was quick!

Tires are fine, both rears are locking the same, actually perfectly
symetrically.

By clicks you mean the hand brake? We adjusted the rear shoes correctly but
no progress.

Hmm, but the brake drums could be guilty. Just weird, that both rear brakes
act exactly the same way.
