Bob, when are you going to offer up some facts.. like fuel pressure?
reset valves... I have to assume you did it correct.. I can't pick up on 
what you did wrong.
checked fuel delivery.... wtf does that mean... 1 psi and 100ml per minute 
is way too low..
set timing to what ??

sort of like the MATH teacher always says... show the work so we can see 
where you went wrong

you really need to create a signature and update with the facts ,, like 1978 
,T4, 2L , EFi , crane ignition, 28psi fuel pressure, solid valves set to 
4thou gap, dist #1 wire on cap at 4o'clock, wires CCW 1234... ECU trigger 
wire on coil term 1,

this makes me think... big vac leak... timing way off.... both,,
