[T2] Harmonic noise

Can worn cv joints on a 73 bus cause a deep harmonic noise?  Bus has new
front and rear wheel bearings as well as new tires.  Cv joints are old but
repacked with no metal fatigue, but did seem a little loose when
assembling.  Noise starts about 35mph and goes away around 45-5mph.
 Doesn't matter if clutch is in or tranny in gear or neutral.  Hoping I'm
on the right track with cv.

Also just noticed noise also goes away when turning left sharply at that
speed and then comes back after turn.
