Any academic library will have a microfiche reader that can either go to
digital directly or go to paper first and then be scanned to digital. Maybe
paying someone to do it is a trivial amount, but if not I imagine someone
in the discussion is in a town with an academic library. If not, I'd be
glad to volunteer to do the grunt work.
