Not sure if you have a good, blown-up printout of this

but that will definitely help. I used to keep an 11x17 laminated printout
in my bus. Since we know the running/tail lights are ok, I'd start tracing
the black/red and black/yellow wires back to the turn signal switch, check
for 12v, and go back from there...
