[T2] Rubber Floor Plugs?

Greetings Volks!

In doing some work on my '71, I've ended up with a lot of the little rubber
plugs that go into the small floor holes, disintegrating.  For example, the
holes in the floor of walkthrough portion of the bus...

What do people use to replace these?
