[T2] T2 wipers, window scrapers

Years ago on my first bus the outside scraper was bad and being
pre-internet I had no idea where to buy another. What I ended up doing was
placing some wax paper against the window glass and using some polyurethane
caulk to make a new scrapper. This lasted for many years, maybe 15 or more
before it began to fail.
