[T2] 71 Bus Rear brakes

Mine is a '70, Jim, maybe not identical, but I can think of no reason why
you should need to do more than take off the drums.  The shoes should be
fully exposed once the drums are removed.  The only thing then holding the
old shoes on are the springs and little fasteners.
