There are circi-clip pliers that you can buy from Sears, Home Depot, Harbor
Freight, etc.  I bought the ones that do inner and outer circi-clips from
Sears a few years ago.

What kind of a tool (besides screwdrivers) can one use to remove, and
especially, install the cir-clips on the half-shafts that retain the CV
joints?
