[T2] I don't need a CAT in Cali!

If memory serves, Federal 75-77 Buses, while requiring an EGR system did
not require a catalytic converter and were so "stickered".

As a informational side bar, in the 75-76 Rabbit Bentley Book it
specifically stated that a converter was not required and it actually gave
instructions to legally "gut" the converter if so equipped.
