[T2] '76 bay misfires, sometimes stalls: why?

Back when I had a bus ( 78 2.0L 205 vac advance), my double relay was the
cause, sometimes it would not restart after trips.It developed a skip that
was like the whole engine shut off for one second. heat and vibration
caused it, so I had to ziptie the relay connectors. that worked.
