[VB] Split Shift rod replacement

The every bus roadside weld job was My bus... and at least 20 years ago...lol we welded the front shift rod. To the midship shift rod ... I think I may have eventually Fixed it correctly Later on.   The bus was a 65 though.  If this is my old bus tell Bernice I love her and I’m sorry I ever sold her.....
