[VB] [T2] Heater controls?

[VB] [T2] Heater controls?

You are probably missing the barrel connections used to connect the control wires to the heater boxes. There should be levers on the side nearest the street on both sides.
When you connect them, make sure your controls are pushed up in the closed position.
I still have the original snap on insulation that covers the pipe that goes from the "Y" in the back to the tube in the front. But I don't think there is such thing as too much insulation!

I was thinking of putting some insulation on it - anyone else done this? Maybe I could replace the tube with a PVC pipe, then put the insulation around that, or just put the insulation around the accordion style duct work.

There are two flaps covering these side ducts, that are spring loaded, and appear as though there should be something attached to the flaps, but I don't see anything there. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I can't find a diagram online to understand how this was supposed to work.
