[VB] List update

Over the last week the list server hasn't been sending out messages. It was tracked down to a space issue that was caused by spam emails being queued up in the admin panel for review... to the tune of 60k+ messages.

I've moved those all out of the way and will be having those auto-cleared moving forward.
