[VB] 59/60 tranny

I have a 1776 motor, 3.88 r&p, 1.26 rgb and .82 4th gear.
This seems to be a good combination. I would even go with a slightly 
larger motor.

Ronnie at Bustoration has done a lot of work in this area. you might 
contact him for advice.
