[T2] Steering - 73 bus

A lot of work with frustrating results! If you have not, I would crawl
under the bus while someone turns the steering wheel. You should be able
to track the loss of movement because all the compents should starting turn
with the steering wheel. Whatever doesn't turn or is delayed in turning is
the problem. That's how I tracked my problems to the drag link. The only
other thing I can think of is fiddling with the adjustment screw on the
steering box.
