You are driving the 1978, right? What a cool thing to do. Arches, yeah,
especially if you are doing a lot of driving.The Grand Canyon is
incredible, but not so much for driving. Gotta get out and walk to the
bottom.
One Grand Canyon adventure that might be done in a Bay Westy Camper is a
trip to the north side. This is allegedly 4wd trip but a VW bus might make
it. And it so desolate and GRAND, that you could take enough supplies, and
enough candles and read War and Peace and one other thick book.
