[T2] Clutch cable pin?

I often find that the hole in the arm is worn badly and that makes the
clevis bind and shorten the cable life. Welding up the hole and re-drilling
it or better yer a NOS arm will make things work better. Seems the
originals are blued, so they might be heat treated slightly.
