Took my dog to the doggie park about 6 mi south. When she was a pup she was scared to get in. Now she sits in the front seat! FYI, for those in the San Diego area...found a retired body and paint guy to work on my 71 camper. I will pass his name along when he finishes my job :) Sent from my iPhone > On Aug 20, 2017, at 8:16 PM, c.dreike <c.dreike at verizon.net> wrote: > > Hey all you lurkers and regulars, > Let us know when or where you last drove your bus! > > Last drive for me was to the Friday night car show at Ruby's restaurant near the pier in Redondo Beach, CA. > There were 3 other buses besides mine. A bay window camper, a 67 double cab and a 58 single cab. Various bugs and ghias in attendance also. Lots of hot rods and other beautiful vintage vehicles too. > > Chris > 64DD Kamper Kit > >> On 8/20/2017 7:56 PM, Conrad Klahn wrote: >> Although I really loved my Eurovan (just sold it to a new family in NorCal) - passengers who had never been in it were always confused as to how to get in⦠This looks to be the same - step up, duck in and sit down. >> >> VW was smart when they put a step-pad on the front bumper.
