[T2] 2nd gear problems

Some responses will entail mechanical adjustments to the shifter linkage.
But (as notified earlier) the easier one to try first is merely to change
the transmission oil.  To my astonishment, that simple cheap action turned
out, in my 1600dp, to improve enormously the changing into 2nd gear.
