[T2] oil pressure light was Re: Vacuum advance

Test the switch. Use a small pin to push inside the whole while watching
for zero ohms/inf. resitance = on/off. new switches can be bad out of the
box, so VERIFY function.

Bulb is good? Check the bulb holder for ground and volts.
