[T2] SOLENOID

[T2] SOLENOID

How could the solenoid engage with, supposedly, no power from the ignition?
I pulled the fuse box down and am rechecking ALL of the connections. 
It's getting really frustrating! There is no one in the area that is available to help in person!!
