[T2] [Q] Overheating

My Type2 is overheating (big surprise). What started as a concern has now
turned into an (almost) full-blown mess. Can you say "about to swallow a
valve" and "needs new heads"?

Problem is, until I resolve the overheating issue, can't feel good about
spending money to fix what's broken. But, the chicken-and-the-egg problem
being what it is, can't diagnose the overheating problem until I get her
running again.

Thoughts?
