Jamie,
Funny thing is, is that the indicator dashboard lights blink when I try using the directional signal whether the headlights are on or off. ALL of the indicator lights on the dashboard work! All of the fuses look ok too. I might pull each one and check conductivity just to check the possibility off the list.

I didn't even touch the bus today, but I thought a lot about the problem!
