[T2] progress, but no joy in Baltimo;re

progress.  still no joy.

checked the timing via cyl 3 and it was off a tiny bit.
retimed.

is "trying" to start. is spitting and poping but still no fire. but that 
is more than anything so far.  (right now is on charger while I try to do 
some real work)

this is more life than this engine has shown since I got it.
