Not a problem; just more work. Jack up the rear of the van, place it on 
safety stands, and use a large screw driver or pry bar to turn the engine 
over by the torque converter/flywheel through the cooling opening of the 
bell housing. With the plugs pulled and TDC at case split as your starting 
point you should be able to see everything you need.
