Hi Jamie,

The bottom of the seat is a storage area that is made out of plywood. I have access to the floor as it is only covered by the stock rubber mat.
I'm thinking I'm going to weld capture nuts in the areas that line up with the mounting holes in the seat. I'm not sure about welding nuts in the floor located over the gas tank!
