[T2] Brake Booster

AFAIK, North American Buses were standard with the Power Brake Booster (aka
Servo) from 1971 onwards. A 9" diameter booster was used from 71 to early
74, then upgraded a 10" booster from late 74-79.

Most European Buses/Trucks even though equipped with Disc Brakes were
generally not equipped with a booster from 71 to Early 74 (optionally
available though), then it was standardized with a booster afterwards. I'm
sure this was the case in other parts of the world, such as "down under".

In addition to the booster, A Brake Pressure Regulator was installed
between the front and rear to help prevent rear wheel lock-up.
