[T2] Rear Bumper Weld Nuts

Thanks to all of the replies.  After checking condition around hole where
weld nut was missing, ended up having to cut out a short section of the
bottom of the frame about 1 1/2" long and replaced that while welding in a
new retaining nut.  Also cut out short section of vertical frame to give a
little more welding area to hold.
