[T2] wiring corrosion

Any suggestions on a good cleaner for electrical connections.  Bus has been
sitting outside for 16 years.  Tried CRC QD Electronic cleaner.  Doesn't
seem to touch the oxidation.  I can clean the male spade terminals with
sandpaper, but can't do much with the female terminals and hate to cut them
off and use standard crimp fittings.
