[T2] T2 wipers, window scrapers

At this point I do not as too much time has passed, it was whatever
polyurethane caulk I had available to me at the time.  Polyurethane caulks
can be hard to fine in many locales, lucky our local lumber yard always has
one brand or another in stock.
