[T2] T2 wipers, window scrapers

I pretty much just filled the area and then ran my finger along it to shape
it, it looked very close to the original when done. If you have the glass
most of the way down and pull the glass towards the center of the vehicle
while applying and letting the caulk set this will pretension the caulk
wiper a bit once the glass is released.
