[T2] Svda distributor

Feeling like an idiot.  Installing pertronix svda on my 1700.  Started by
setting engine to #1 TDC.  Removed old distributor.  Installed new
distributor rotated 180 degrees so that vacuum can will clear.  Rotor
indexes without moving engine and should be pointing to where #1 plug wire
goes.  Re-arrange plug wires using where rotor is pointing as a reference
for #1 plug wire and arrange the rest just as they were on old cap using #1
as a reference.

Can't get it to run.  Try adjusting timing each way .  Fires once in a
while but not enough to run or get a timing light on.

Am I doing something wrong?
