[T2] Looking for an engine builder in MD or NC

Have you considered buying a new Mexican motor from the Bus Depot? 
(assuming they still sell them)

There was also a builder in West Chester, PA who did performance 
engines, but I don't remember his name?  (real helpful, right?)
