[T2] engine oil pump / second oil cooler , engine improvement

Cool, thanks! Mandatory seems a bit strong to me regardless, as the stock
VW engine for my 79 came with hydraulics and a 26mm oil pump. That said,
I've one ACVW engine under my belt. Best, Mike
