[T2] 30-PICT-3 Fast Idle Cam

Congrats on getting your bus back onto the road. I think you are talking
about the fast idle adjustment screw/threaded rod? There should be a
threaded rod that goes through the throttle lever to the fast idle step
cam.  If that is not the item you are asking about perhaps you could
provide a photo for greater clarity.
