[T2] gas gauge

FYI

Vibrator unit is used only on Late 73-79 that uses a Lever Style Sender.
 Models 68-Early 73 using a Tube Style Sender does NOT use a Vibrator.

Monty didn't indicate the year of his Bus, so it's difficult to narrow the
problem down.
