[T2] WTB - solid middle window

Go the cardboard template route.  I haven't seen an original solid 
(more commonly known as a "picture window") style center side glass in 
aeons.  TheHoly Grail  is easier to find ;)

Call around for a glass shop that carries "school bus" glass...Years 
ago I had a flat windshield cut from a sheet...
