The Story

Even though I didn't want it....some things you just can't stop....the world is evolving, even the fleet cannot escape this from happening. So on april 8th 2003 the time was there: fleet modernization. A giant leep for fleetkind. Here's a small overview to the revolutionary new techniques this car his store:

M-plate and M-sticker

Here's the data from the M-plate. It's fixed underneath the drivers seat in every T3 from 1979 until 1991. Since modelyear 1981 the T3 M-plate doesn't provide as much info as the plates in the earlier Transporters. The 'competitor' of the M-plate became the M-sticker near the brakepedal. It provides a lot of vehicle info. Unfortunately it is made of paper so the chances of it being there get slimmer while the year pass...
